About Who Cares PSS

COVID-19 has taken its toll on us - healthcare workers, volunteers, psychologists, professionals. You probably felt stressed and depressed at some point during the pandemic dealing with negative emotions on a daily basis. The objective of your work is to care for the well-being of humanity.

But who cares about your needs? We care! We collected resources to help you to cope with negative emotions. On our platform you find stories of frontline workers who are facing the same challenges as you. Visit our online library to strengthen your resilience.

Our network consists of experts from the Red Cross Societies of Armenia, Georgia, and Austria as well as renowned universities in Innsbruck and Tbilisi. We provide you with tips on immediate stress relief and offer in-depth analyses on mental health in pandemics.
