Research Report on National best practices, needs, challenges and gaps   This report is based on the findings of the research conducted in Georgia, Armenia and Ukraine, within the project Strengthening of Knowledge and Partnership on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support of Helpers in Pandemic and Conflict Conditions. The project was financed by European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) and co-financed by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA). The project was implemented in partnership with the Red Cross Associations of Georgia, Armenia, and Austria; the University of Innsbruck, Ilia State University, Tbilisi State University and University of Kyiv.

14 Day Well-Being Kit to Cope with COVID-19

During the COVID-19 outbreak, many have to stay at home for a long period of  time to ensure physical distancing from others. Hong Kong Red Cross Psychological Support Service has developed this “14-day Psychological Well-being Diary” aiming to offer people with some ideas for daily activities and small everyday goals, in order to stay physically and mentally active and healthy.
